Practical material for infrastructure work
We publish guides only when they are genuinely useful. The first — preparing for an assessment — is below. More will follow as they are ready.

Preparing for an infrastructure assessment
A first scoping call is easier when these are on the table. None of it needs to be polished — rough notes are fine.
- A recent architecture or asset list — even a rough one is a useful starting point.
- How the business expects to grow or change over the next 12–24 months.
- Compliance, data residency or internal policy requirements that constrain the design.
- The pain points: recent incidents, recurring complaints, and workarounds people have built.
- What recovery would need to look like — how much data loss and downtime the business could absorb.
- Budget expectations and timing constraints, including any hard deadlines.
